The Director’s Champion of the Month is awarded to the team member who has demonstrated significant efforts to do their job in a compliant manner and that they go above and beyond to treat customers fairly. The successful team member receives £30 love to shop vouchers and is awarded with The Director’s Champion of the Month Trophy! This month’s winner is…Anna Salitra! Anna, who works in our Advisory Team joined The Debt Advisor in 2014 and is primarily dedicated to supporting our Polish clients. Anna goes above and beyond to make sure clients are properly advised, and if we cannot help, she ensures that they are signposted to the different organisations that offer the help to Polish speaking customers. Anna builds a strong rapport with her customers, is very approachable, patient and a good listener. Anna has also been working closely with our Marketing Department, assisting in the creation of our Polish website www.dlugiwanglii.co.uk which has been designed to offer debt advice and help in Polish. A lot of the work Anna has undertaken has been in her spare time and her willingness to support both the company and her clients has been outstanding. Congratulations Anna!
